Parents/guardians must read, agree to comply with, and sign this DISTRICT-OWNED DEVICE LOAN AGREEMENT on behalf of their student at the start of each school year. Any failure to comply may terminate the student’s privilege of possession and result in repossession of the Device. The student in whose name a system account and/or computer hardware is issued will be responsible at all times for the appropriate care and use of all District technology.
