This agreement is entered into between the County of Shasta, a political subdivision of the State of California, through its Health and Human Services Agency (“County”), and Shasta County Child Abuse Prevention Coordinating Council dba Pathways to Hope for Children, a California Corporation, (“Consultant”), (collectively, the “Parties” and individually a “Party”), for the purpose of creating the Hope Park program.
