This agreement contains the terms and conditions for the use of the First National Bank of Groton’s Mobile Deposit Service (the “Service”), which allows you to deposit certain checks into certain deposit accounts that are eligible to receive mobile deposits (“Mobil e Deposit Accounts”) via an application (the “App”) installed on your supported mobile device or on your local PC connected to a desktop scanner [when this Service becomes available]. The App is considered part of the Service. By enrolling in the Service, you agree to be legally bound by this agreement.
