The Agreement is made this 16th day of April 2019, by and between The CFS Group LLC dba Container First Services, of 333-B Industrial Drive, Petersburg, Virginia 23803 (party of the first part, and hereinafter known as “Contractor”), and the County of Dinwiddie, Virginia (party of the second part, and hereinafter known as “County”).
