These Enterprise Service Agreement Terms & Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”) govern the license terms described in the Enterprise Service Agreement Order Form (the “Order Form”) entered into between the Goody Technologies, Inc. (“Goody”), and the client, as each is identified in the Order Form (“Client”) effective as of the effective date set forth therein (the “Effective Date”). Together, the Order Form and the Terms & Conditions constitute a single agreement (collectively, this “Agreement”).
