This Employment Contract is made and entered into this day of , 2018 by and between the Board of School Directors of the Pennridge School District of Perkasie, Pennsylvania, (hereinafter referred to as “District” or “Board”), and David A. Bolton, Ed.D, hereinafter referred to as (hereinafter referred to as “Superintendent” or “Dr. Bolton”).
