This Solar Facility Siting Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of , 2022 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Amelia County, Virginia, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “County”) and Amelia Energy Facility, LLC a Virginia limited liability company (“Applicant”). The County and Applicant are herein each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”.
