This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., (“MCP”) and County of Placer (“Agency”), effective as of the date of execution (“Effective Date”). Agency, MCP, and MCP’s relevant Subcontractors and/or Downstream Subcontractors are referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
