County and CM/GC may be collectively referred to as the “Parties” in this Agreement. Capitalized terms in this Agreement, which are not specifically defined in this Agreement, shall have the meaning set forth in the General Conditions, which is executed by the Parties in conjunction with this Agreement and which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference (the “General Conditions”), except as specifically modified by this Agreement.
