This Software License and Services Agreement is entered into by the customer identified in the signature block below (“Customer”), and MarkLogic Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“MarkLogic”), effective as of the last date of signature by a Party below (“Effective Date”) and describes the terms and conditions pursuant to which MarkLogic will license the Software to Customer, provide Support and perform certain Services for the benefit of Customer with respect to the Software. Collectively, Customer and MarkLogic shall be referred to as “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
