This Site Lease Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into the day of , 2023, by which the City of Cooper City, a Florida municipal corporation, with an address of 9090 SW 50th Place, Cooper City, Florida 33328 (“Owner” or “City”), leases to DISH Wireless L.L.C., a Colorado limited liability company authorized to do business in the State of Florida, its affiliates, successors and assigns, having a place of business at 9601 S. Meridian Blvd., Englewood, Colorado 80112 (the “Lessee”), the “Leased Premises” described below (which is part of that certain real property owned by Owner (the “Property”) and is more fully described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto, for the purpose of operating and maintaining a wireless communications tower.
