We hereby acknowledge that we have had access to the latest version of the Construction Rules and the Architectural Rules of the Outeniquasbosch Development and that we accept the terms thereof read with the provisions of the Constitution of Outeniquasbosch Homeowners Association and regard the same as binding on us as far as it relates to any building or related work we may perform at the Outeniquasbosch Development in respect of the erf hereinfurther referred to. We accept liability for the acts of our employees and subcontractors and we agree to ensure compliance by them with the provisions of the Constitution and the aforesaid Rules.
