This Memorandum of Understating (MOU) is made and entered into between and among the Alameda County Office of Education-Opportunity Charter School (hereinafter “ACOE-OA”), and Covenant House California, Inc. (hereinafter “CHC”). Hereinafter, the Alameda County Office of Education and Covenant House California, Inc. will be collectively referred to as “the Parties.”
