This Agreement is entered into by and between the COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a political subdivision of the State of California, herein called “COUNTY,” and Far Western Anthropological Research Group, Inc., a California corporation whose address is 2727 Del Rio Place, Suite A, Davis, CA 95618, herein called “CONSULTANT.” This Agreement shall be effective as of the date it is fully executed by the parties.
