THIS LICENSE ("License") is made by and between Paychex, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Paychex") and the person or entity (collectively "you" or "your" or "I") that accepts this License of the Paychex application program interface (API) and any sample code or scripts ("Sample Code") and any related documentation that are provided or made available by Paychex for use with the API (the API, Sample Code and related documentation are collectively referred to as the "API").
