This Fire Protection and Emergency Services Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2008, by and between Southern Montana Electric Generation and Transmission Cooperative, Inc., a Montana nonprofit electric cooperative membership corporation (hereinafter “SME”) and the City of Great Falls, Montana, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Montana (hereinafter “City”).
