The undersigned, being of lawful age, in consideration of being permitted in or about the backstage area (“Backstage”) for any reason whatsoever prior to, during or after the Bon Jovi concert, for the undersigned and the undersigned’s representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and next of kin, hereby covenants not to sue, releases, waives and discharges Bon Jovi (including without limitation the members of Bon Jovi and their family members), Bon Jovi Tours, Inc., the Jon Bon Jovi Fan Club, Inc., Backstage with Jon Bon Jovi, the promoter, the venue owner, Island Music Group, BANDMERCH, One Live Media and their respective affiliates, contractors, officers, employees and directors (collectively, “Releasees”) from all liability to the undersigned and the undersigned’s personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and next of kin for all loss and damage, and any and every claim, demand or action, of every kind or nature, either in law or in equity, on account of injury,
