INC., a Missouri for-profit corporation (Consultant) entered into an annually renewable contract on July 19, 2022, for water treatment plant small project engineering services. That contract contained a per-project (task order) fee cap of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) and an annual fee cap of four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000.00).
