This Land Exchange Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February , 2019 ("Effective Date"), by and between the City of Rio Vista (the "City"), a California municipal corporation, and Dorrington Holdings, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (the “DH LLC”). The City and DH LLC are hereafter referred to individually as a "Party," or collectively, as the "Parties."
