‘Software as a Service’ TermsSoftware as a Service Agreement • March 13th, 2023
These ‘Software as a Service’ Terms (“SaaS Terms”) are governed by the Purchase Document and Master Terms between the Customer (identified on the Purchase Document) and the insightsoftware contracting entity specified in the Purchase Document (“insightsoftware”). The SaaS Terms, the Purchase Document and the Master Terms are together referred to herein as the “SaaS Agreement”. These SaaS Terms are incorporated into the Master Terms by reference and set forth the terms and conditions under which insightsoftware will provide Customer with software-as-a-service access to the object code form of the SaaS products specifically identified in the Purchase Document (the “SaaS Software”) and made available to Customer as a hosted service (the “SaaS Services”). Any capitalized terms used herein and not expressly defined shall have the meaning given to them as set forth in the Purchase Document or the Master Terms.
