The DT, Ministry, FNM and the Company shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party” and DT, Ministry and FNM shall be collectively referred to as the “Shareholders” and individually as a “Shareholder”. The Ministry and FNM shall be collectively referred to as the “Slovak Shareholders”.
