This Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement dated as of April 13, 2022 (together with all Exhibits thereto, the “Stipulation”), is entered into by and among (i) Lead Plaintiff Sensung Tsai (“Lead Plaintiff”), on behalf of himself and on behalf of the Settlement Class (as defined herein), and (ii) Defendants Immunomedics, Inc., Peter P.
