THIS AGREEMENT is made this 18th day of _September, 2020 by and between PACE UNIVERSITY, a New York not-for-profit education corporation having its place of business at One Pace Plaza, New York, NY 10038 (hereinafter referred to as the “UNIVERSITY”), and The Newark Board of Education having its place of business located at 765 Broad Street in the City of Newark in the State of New Jersey (hereinafter referred to as the “AGENCY”).
