Considering that the Europol Management Board has, following the inclusion of the Republic of Moldova in the Council Decision of 30 November 2009 determining the list of third States and organisations with which Europol shall conclude agreements, given the European Police Office (hereafter referred to as “Europol”) the authorisation to enter into negotiations on a cooperation agreement with the Republic of Moldova on 12 February 2014,
