Management hereby recognizes the Engineers and Architects Association (EAA), as the exclusive representative of the employees in the Administrative Unit, for which EAA was certified as the majority representative by the Employee Relations Board on June 17, 1980. EAA shall be the exclusive representative of employees in the Administrative Unit, subject to the right of each employee to represent himself/herself. The term "employee,” as used herein, shall refer only to employees in the classifications listed in the Salary Appendices, as well as such classes as may be added hereafter to the Unit by the Employee Relations Board.
