The Church allows memorializing on a Remembrances Wall Tile for deceased persons who were members of St. Matthew’s, family or friends of members, or others with the specific permission of the Rector. The Church allows interment in the Common Urn for current or former St. Matthew’s members, immediate family of members, or others with the specific permission of the Rector. By entering into this Agreement, the Purchaser attests that person to be memorialized, and interred if applicable, meets these eligibility requirements.
