Students are expected to look after any school instrument that is in their care. Whilst the Music School will cover expenses incurred to the instrument due to reasonable natural wear and tear, any repairs that are necessitated by carelessness or negligence must be paid for by the student’s parents. Any damaged instruments should be immediately returned to the music department, which will arrange for any necessary repairs to be undertaken. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should any repairs be attempted without full consultation with the music department.
