The purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain harmonious relationships between Her Majesty in right of Canada as represented by the Staff of the Non-Public Funds, Canadian Forces, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, the Union and the Employees and to set forth herein the terms and conditions of employment upon which agreement has been reached through collective bargaining and to provide procedures for the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints and grievances.
