This Agreement Between Participating Landowner and the Long Creek Watershed Management District (this “Agreement”) is made this day of , 2010, between , a sole proprietorship/partnership/corporation/limited liability company/real estate trust (choose one) duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of whose mailing address is , (the “Participating Landowner”), and the Long Creek Watershed Management District, a quasi- municipal, special purpose district established as a separate legal entity and instrumentality and as a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Maine whose mailing address is Long Creek Watershed Management District c/o Cumberland County Soil & Water Conservation District, 35 Main Street, Suite 3, Windham, Maine 04062 (the “District”). The foregoing also are referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or singly as “Party.”
