AMENDMENT TO THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AS A CITY MANAGEREmployment Agreement • September 13th, 2019
This amendment is entered into by and between the City of Galveston and Brian Maxwell to reflect certain changes in the agreement made effective by the action of City Council on . Specifically, Sections 3.1 and 6.3 of the agreement are deleted in their entirety and replaced by the following sections set forth below. In addition, this amendment will clarify Section 3.7 covers EXPENSES. An amendment executed May, 2017 added an additional Section 3.7 titled AUTOMOBILE. This amendment will re-number AUTOMOBILES as section 3.11.
