made as of December 1, 2020, by and among CASCELTA COMPANY LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, having an office at 225 Central Avenue South, Bethpage, NY 11714 (the “Company”) and KRAVET INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, having an office at 225 Central Avenue South, Bethpage, NY 11714 (the “Sub-Sublessee” and, together, with the Company, the “Obligor”) and the NASSAU COUNTY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a corporate governmental agency constituting a body corporate and politic and a public benefit corporation of the State of New York, having an office at One West Street, Mineola, NY 11501 (the “Agency”). Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Lease Agreement (as hereinafter defined).
