This Amendment (“Amendment”) amends the January 18, 2009 Interconnection Agreement between BellSouth Telecommunications, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (formerly named BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc.), d/b/a AT&T Alabama, AT&T Florida, AT&T Georgia, AT&T Kentucky, AT&T Louisiana, AT&T Mississippi, AT&T North Carolina, AT&T South Carolina, and AT&T Tennessee (collectively referred to herein as “AT&T ILECs”), and Alltel Communications, LLC d/b/a Verizon Wireless, a Delaware limited liability company (formerly named Alltel Communications, Inc. and herein referred to as “Alltel”), on behalf of itself and its wireless service provider affiliates, as listed on the signature page of this Amendment. The AT&T ILECs and Alltel may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
