The LEA agrees to transfer to the consortium the LEA’s 2021-2022 allocation under the federal Title I –Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act. The consortium’s fiscal agent will submit an application on behalf of the consortium to the South Dakota Department of Education for Perkins funding. The fiscal agent of the consortium will serve as the applicant and coordinate all services and activities detailed in the grant application for the share goals of all consortium member LEAs.
