EXHIBIT 10.1 FORBEARANCE AGREEMENT This FORBEARANCE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of February 5, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and among MARIADB PLC, an Irish public limited company, the Guarantors (as defined in the Note defined below) party hereto, the Holder (as defined in the Note) party hereto, and RP VENTURES LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as agent for the Holder (the “Agent”).
