HALL USAGE AGREEMENTHall Usage Agreement • February 6th, 2024
• The space (commonly referred to as the 108 Lions Den) will be identified as solely occupied by the 108 Mile Lions for a period of 5 years. The 108 RCA and the 108 Lions Club will begin discussions on the renewal or termination of this agreement 6 months before its expiry date. Renewal of this agreement or an amendment to this agreement MUST be provided to the memberships of both organizations for their consideration and approval. The agreement will remain in effect until it is renewed or terminated by either party in the agreement.
