purpose of this agreement is to establish an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Health Centre and the employees represented by the Union. The agreement is also to provide a method of settling differences and grievances which might arise, so as to maintain harmonious relations between the Health Centre and all employees covered by this Agreement.
