THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and Micor Communications, Inc. dba Atlanta Telephone Communications, a Georgia corporation, and shall be deemed effective ten business days following the date of the last signature of both Parties (”Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Micor Communications, Inc. dba Atlanta Telephone Communications or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
