Hays, of Eagle, Nebraska (the “Seller”), and the Amandla MK Trust u/a dated January 17, 2018, Patrick Beans, as Trustee and The Bryn Mawr Trust Company of Delaware, as Administrative Trustee (the “Purchaser”) (the Seller and the Purchaser, each referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
