This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this this 30th day of October 2017, by and between Melinta Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Daniel Mark Wechsler (“Executive”). Upon the closing of the transactions contemplated by that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger and Reorganization (the “Acquisition Agreement”), dated August 8, 2017, by and among Cempra, Inc. (“Cempra”), a Delaware corporation, Castle Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation and the Company, this Agreement shall be assumed by Cempra and all references herein to the Company shall refer to Cempra, which shall be renamed “Melinta Therapeutics, Inc.”
