The Student and Parent/Guardian acknowledge that the Student was lawfully expelled from Mesa Public Schools for one or more violations of its guidelines for student behavior. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions by which the Mesa Public Schools Governing Board will readmit the Student. The Student must comply with all terms and conditions to remain enrolled in Mesa Public Schools. Failure of the Student to fully comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement will result in the long suspension or expulsion of the Student.
