WHEREAS, the Beverly Hills Firefighters’ Association, (hereinafter “Association”) a formally recognized employee organization, representing all nonexecutive sworn safety fire personnel, and duly authorized representatives of the management of the City of Beverly Hills, have met and conferred in good faith freely exchanging information, opinions and proposals, and have reached the following understanding on matters within the scope of representation.
