Pursuant to its statutory authority in Education Code sections 24950 through 24953, CalSTRS has developed an annuity contract and custodial account plan established pursuant to Internal Revenue Code section 403(b) that is offered to school employers for their individual participants under the umbrella of CalSTRS’ Defined Contribution Solutions Program called Pension2 403(b) Plan (Plan). The Plan includes investment options selected and monit ored by CalSTRS.
