The property owner listed below (“Landlord”) hereby confirms his/her consent to the participation in the Program by the Participant listed above for the Property listed above. Landlord hereby agrees to the terms of the Program Participation Agreement to which this consent is attached. In addition, in consideration of Participant’s participation in the Program and any Improvements, Landlord agrees not to increase Participant’s rent for 12 months after the completion of all Improvements. This exclusion from a rent increase does not override any pre-existing agreements to increase rent between Landlord and Participant (e.g., contractual yearly increases).
