This Memorandum Of Understanding (the “MOU”), dated as of February 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund, Inc. (the “CFE Fund”), a Delaware nonprofit corporation qualified as exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) with its principal office located at 44 Wall Street, Suite 1050, New York, NY 10005, and the City of Pueblo, Colorado (the “Grantee”).
