This Amendment No. 2 (this “Amendment”) is made this 22nd day of August 2000 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Bell Atlantic – Maryland, Inc., a Maryland Corporation (“BA”), and NEXTLINK Maryland, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“NEXTLINK”). (BA and NEXTLINK may be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties").
