This joint processing and sharing specification is derived from and a consolidation of the prior specifications for data processing and sharing using the Connected Care, My Care Record, Surrey Care Record and Thames Valley and Surrey (TVS) systems. The processing described in this schedule relates to direct flows from source data controllers’ systems and replaces arrangements where data flowed into TVS via local shared care records1. This schedule supersedes all previous schedules covering the shared care record and data feeds subject matter. The schedule is derived from the Data Protection Impact Assessments DPIA2029 and DPIA20302.
