This offer is made subject to the written acceptance of this Bond Purchase Agreement by the Authority and the delivery of such acceptance to the Representative or its attorney at or prior to 6:00 p.m., Pacific time, on the date hereof, and, if not so accepted, will be subject to withdrawal by the Underwriters upon notice delivered to the Authority at any time prior to the acceptance hereof by the Authority.
