Subject to the terms and conditions hereof (including the Conditions set forth on the reverse hereof), the Surety hereby indemnifies the Insured in respect of the Deposit paid by the Insured to the Vendor, plus Interest (if any) thereon, owing by the Vendor to the Insured as a result of the Vendor’s failure to deliver to the Insured a registered deed to the property being purchased.
