This TEA covers all employees of the Vendors who will be transferring to a Health Services and Support – Community Subsector bargaining unit of VCH or FHA. To preserve continuity of care and employment and minimize staff disruption, the parties agree to the transfer of the Vendors’ active employees to the health authorities based on the following:
