This Master License and Services Agreement (the “Agreement”), made and entered into as of this day of _ 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Story County Sheriff’s Office (IA) (the “County’’) and HomeWAV, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“HomeWAV”). Each of the County and HomeWAV may be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties.”
